Benihana is an upscale Japanese restaurant. An interesting feature of this restaurant is open-kitchen concept just like a condo: the chefs cook the food right in front of you on a hot metal surface with the exception of foods like rice, salads, and sushi. The performance is so entertaining, for example using onions to demonstrate the eruption of a volcano, creating a heart shape with the rice.
