My favorite look for this Halloween season is Madame Mask by Sylvester Jack featured on M▪A▪C Cosmetics. The wave design brings out the mystery of the eyes. To push it over the top, the carbon eye shadow defines the eyes to give it the “piercing eyes into the soul” look.
